Today I sent my card to amazing lady! She is in her eighties and she is still teaching 12 water aerobic classes a week!! Her energy and dedication to her clients totally amazes me! She is my inspiration and probably doesn't even know it. Who inspires or motivates you? Have you told them how much it means to you? If not, today is the perfect day to do so! Remember always do what you can today!
